We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our growing team!
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong focus on website development and project management. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams, taking full ownership to deliver key projects including website design, optimisation and improving the functionality to ensure it meets business objectives and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle, own and manage the end-to-end website development process, from initial concept and requirements gathering to design, implementation, and launch.
- Develop and manage the website roadmap, prioritizing tasks based on business impact, user experience, and technical feasibility.
- Drive the website rebuild project, working with developers, designers, and marketing to deliver an updated and user-friendly site that meets business and user expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and UX/UI, to ensure a seamless product development process and timely delivery of features.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement in the site functionality and user experience.
- Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website design and structure, working closely with SEO and marketing to improve site performance and search rankings.
- Ensure alignment with business goals by working closely with senior management and stakeholders to prioritize and communicate the product roadmap.
- Stay updated on the latest web development, SEO trends, and crypto industry developments, ensuring our website remains competitive and innovative
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, with a strong focus on website builds and optimization, preferably within the crypto or gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, blockchain technology, and wallet infrastructure.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product teams, from concept through to launch.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and balance competing priorities.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using analytics tools to monitor and optimize product performance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability and forward-thinking, with a passion for staying ahead of the latest trends and technologies in crypto.
