Web Designer | Remote

Position: Web and Digital Interface Designers

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $65–$135/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design high-quality questions related to web design, digital interfaces, and user experience.
• Evaluate AI responses for usability, visual hierarchy, and interaction reasoning.
• Apply UX, UI, and interaction design frameworks to AI training tasks.
• Ensure outputs reflect real-world design workflows and decision-making.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams supporting AI model development.

Requirements

• Strong years of full-time experience in web or digital interface design roles.
• Strong professional background in UX, UI, or interaction design.
• Excellent written communication and design reasoning skills.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
