Content Designer (UX Writing)

Responsibilities

• Execute content design and UX writing for payment products.
• Support initiatives to improve processes and increase our ability to drive impact.
• Create, proofread, and edit concise, conversational UI content.
• Contribute to improving content, voice, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams across global time zones to drive a cohesive product narrative.
• Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced work environment.
• Participate in design critiques to drive consistency and improve content quality.
• Collaborate and exchange insights with fellow Content Designers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of content design or relevant UX writing experience for e-commerce focused web or mobile applications.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Writing portfolio including, but not limited to: user interface copy, microcopy, user education.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end products with complicated flows, scenarios, and edge cases.
• Experience collaborating with product management, product design, user research, technical, and localization teams.
• Experience using Figma and content management software (CMS).
• Writing portolio will be requested if selected for interview.
