Job Title: Reporting & Automation Analyst

Location: Doha, Qatar

Duration: yearly renewable

Job Purpose:

The Reporting & Automation Analyst will enhance programme reporting, data capture, and automation. The role focuses on modernising manual trackers using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, while ensuring Azure DevOps (ADO) remains the single source of truth for delivery tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardise reporting templates, trackers, and data structures across initiatives
• Modernise Excel-based trackers using PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
• Align Azure DevOps (ADO) activity tracking with project plans and reporting tools
• Automate routine reporting workflows and status updates
• Consolidate programme status, risks, and dependencies
• Analyse delivery data to identify trends and risks
• Support executive reporting packs and governance documentation
• Work with Programme Managers and Business Analysts to improve reporting quality

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for delivery tracking
• Background in programme/PMO reporting and data analysis
• Ability to standardise reporting structures across multiple initiatives
• Strong governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Scope:

Supports multiple digital initiatives across delivery teams. The role enhances reporting and data alignment but does not replace ADO or project planning tools.
