Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design occupation-specific questions based on real-world eligibility interview workflows.
  • Apply professional experience to support AI research and evaluation tasks.
  • Translate government program eligibility processes into structured formats for AI systems.
  • Review and refine content to ensure accuracy and real-world relevance.
  • Work independently while meeting defined quality and consistency standards.

Requirements

  • Strong years of full-time experience as an Eligibility Interviewer in government programs.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, contract-based role.
