AI Platform Developer

At Tenth Revolution, we are collaborating with one of the leading industrial organizations in the market to find a talented (Senior) Developer AI-Platform to drive the delivery of innovative projects in artificial intelligence and data platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of AI platform projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement AI/GenAI-accelerated applications, utilizing advanced techniques in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Generative AI.
• Lead efforts in data integration, migration, and modeling, while ensuring compliance with data governance, quality, and security standards.
• Own the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and storage of developed code in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to align technical deliverables with solution designs and architectural diagrams.
• Provide technical expertise to the Product Team, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth implementation and maintenance of solutions.
• Organize and facilitate productive team meetings to align requirements with team capacity and priorities.
• Develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure delivery adheres to established standards and best practices.

Key Requirements:

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred.

Project Management Experience:

• Extensive experience in managing projects with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven track record of delivering complex data platform and analytics projects, including data integration, migration, and modeling.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in designing and implementing AI, ML, DL, and Generative AI use cases.
• Strong knowledge of LLM RAG, embedding architectures, and long-context handling.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse and Data Lake architecture concepts.
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML/DL lifecycle management and GenAI/LLM architecture.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud or AWS Cloud.
• Expertise in relational data integration from ERP and CRM systems (preferably SAP-based).
• Frontend and backend development experience with frameworks such as Flask, Django, and React.
