The Work

• 70% backend - Golang

• 30% frontend - TypeScript

• Design and build new functionality

• Maintain and refine existing systems

• Think end-to-end before you change anything

Security and availability are core constraints, not afterthoughts.

How the Team Operates

• Small group of strong engineers

• Low hierarchy

• Propose solutions, pressure-test with peers, then ship

• Autonomy assumed

• No ticket treadmill
