Scrum Master

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to join a data and analytics delivery team operating in an agile-first, hybrid delivery environment. This role requires a practitioner who can confidently balance structured project governance with adaptive agile delivery, working across both traditional project management and Scrum Master responsibilities.
The role is evenly split between Project Management (50%) and Scrum Master / Agile Delivery (50%), supporting the end-to-end delivery of a complex data reporting enhancement initiative.
 
Skills & Experience Required

• Strong understanding of agile delivery principles and the data delivery lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience delivering data and analytics initiatives using agile frameworks
• Conceptual understanding of modern data stacks and data lifecycle processes
• Advanced facilitation, workshop, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Microsoft Project
• Proven ability to prioritise and refine product backlogs in dynamic environments
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Experience leading delivery in complex, multi-vendor environments
• Solid understanding of data program testing strategies, including UAT, parallel runs, and reconciliation
