Gnosis App is an emerging payment app that has similarities to apps like Revolut, but it is more rewarding because of how it is built. You have more agency, you can earn better rewards, and - if you’re hired for this role - you can help to create it with us as a founding team member.

We are looking for a creative and trend-conscious social lead to bring our brand to life primarily on Instagram and TikTok. You will have a huge amount of freedom to shape how we show up in short-form video as well as in comments and engagement. You will also have exposure to emerging tech, opportunities to travel, and a chance to work within a high quality team.

TL;DR: the freedom of a startup, with the backing of a blue-chip.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging short-form video content (TikToks, Reels)
• Stay up-to-date with trends and narratives and find angles to apply them to Gnosis
• Own the full process from concept, to post, to engagement using any relevant tools
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style guides, and marketing objectives
• Analyze performance to refine content strategy and improve engagement
• Whatever else you think of that could help us accelerate

• A student in Ireland, our key launch market
• Passionate, driven, curious, and with a high level of ownership
• Enjoy creating content for Instagram and TikTok personally or for others
• Native understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and platform-specific formats
• Storytelling ability and a keen eye for visual aesthetics / creative flair Some knowledge in photos / video editing and a desire to learn and experiment
