CompuCal Calibration Solutions is an engineering-based calibration management software development company. Our in-house expertise spans over 50 years in the engineering industry. 

We provide calibration management software, configured to integrate into other systems and thereby offering a complete solution for our clients. Our customers are from a wide range of industries, such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Food and Beverage, Oil and Gas. 

Job Specification:

CompuCal are looking for candidates with a minimum of three to four years in .NET Technology Stacks. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and have excellent attention to detail.

Candidates must be self-motivated and be able to work on their own accord. The candidate will be working within a small team and will be expected to take on key responsibilities from the start.

Candidates are required to work from the Cork Office.

Key Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET / REACT

Develop responsive front-end interfaces using JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS if applicable).

Implement and integrate with RESTful APIs for internal and third-party systems.

Architect Data Models, work with EF, and develop and optimize queries and procedures in SQL Server

Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality software.

Adhere to Design documentation.

Participate in code review, and continuous integration/deployment processes.

Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and security.

Troubleshoot and debug technical issues across the stack.



Skills Required:

Strong experience in MS ASP.NET/Core Technologies & REACT

Proficient in JavaScript / Typescript

Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Strong experience in SQL Databases (MS SQL and SQLite) including EF, writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Strong understanding of Web Application deployment

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills

Ability to create and adhere to Detailed Design Documentation
