🏢Overview:

A leading main contractor with multiple projects across Ireland is seeking a Senior Engineer to join their team, overseeing CSA engineering, coordination, and reporting to drive project delivery and team performance.

📋Job Summary:

• Manage technical information, including submittals, RFIs, and technical correspondence between trades, designers, and the client.
• Coordinate and oversee trades, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and workflow alignment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Report project status, updates, and technical matters to the client team.
• Ensure effective coordination across engineering, construction, and design teams to prevent conflicts and delays.
• Support problem-solving and decision-making to resolve technical issues and maintain project quality and performance.

🎓Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience on construction sites.
• Proven experience collaborating with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering Residential, Commercial, and Mixed-Use projects.
• Track record of working on high-value projects in Ireland or the UK.
• Proficient in using surveying instruments, including total stations and GPS.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
