The Role

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to take a pivotal role in driving the evolution of one of Gong’s flagship product lines. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who has a deep passion for creating transformative products, with an acute awareness that every detail matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and enhancement of mission-critical products that align with our customers' needs and business objectives.
• Maintain a meticulous attention to detail while adopting a customer-centric approach to product development.
• Employ data modeling techniques to inform and enhance product decisions and strategies.
• Think creatively and strategically, envisioning long-term solutions in a large-scale, enterprise-grade environment.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (product design, engineering and more) to deliver products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
• Balance innovative thinking with practical execution to drive product success and company growth.
  
  

About You

You are a visionary product manager who thrives on creating impactful products that stand the test of time. You understand the value of details and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to marry customer focus with out-of-the-box thinking enables you to develop products that are both intuitive and robust, capable of supporting large-scale enterprise environments.

• Over 6 years of experience as a product manager in SaaS B2B products.
• Excellent communication skills that foster collaboration and secure stakeholder buy-in
• Proven track record in driving product execution with hands-on implementation.
• Forward-thinking with strong execution skills.
• Enjoys taking ownership and responsibility for the created product.
• Strong understanding of data and how to interpret it to improve products.
• Solid user experience skills combined with technical understanding.
• Capable of turning incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans.
• Fluent or highly proficient in English.
