Database Administrator

We are building a powerful platform that unites more than 90 advanced AI tools in one service, trusted by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide – from marketing specialists, designers, and AI creators to IT teams, schools, and innovation hubs.

The current focus is on developing the web version and strengthening the entire technical side of the business. We are looking for a Database Administrator who will take responsibility for the stability, performance, and reliability of our databases as the platform continues to grow.

What you will do:

• Administering PostgreSQL and MySQL in production environments.
• Designing and maintaining highly available clusters with replication and failover.
• Performance tuning under load: optimizing SQL queries, indexes and configurations.
• Building and maintaining backup and recovery processes.
• Ensuring data security through access control, role management, encryption and auditing.
• Monitoring database health, analyzing logs and resolving incidents.
• Automating routine processes and collaborating with developers on architecture decisions.

Who we are looking for:

• 3+ years of hands on experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Strong experience with replication and high availability setups.
• Confident SQL optimization skills.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Log analysis and incident troubleshooting skills.
• Solid Linux basics for database operations.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions and clearly explain them.
• Nice to have: experience with Supabase, YugabyteDB, or ClickHouse.
