Sales Project Manager

We are looking for a Sales Project Manager for Industrial & Commercial Firm "Nākotne" L.L.C.  The company was established on the basis of tool production (manufacture of dies and mouds).

Requirements for Candidates:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector
• Previous experience working with retail chains will be considered an advantage
• Ability to independently organize work and achieve results
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong customer-oriented mindset, focus on results and long-term cooperation
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Latvian  language skills at a good level; English and Russian is an advantage (Foreign language skills are required for communication with clients in Lithuania and Estonia)
• Category B driving license

Key Responsibilities:

• Active acquisition of new B2B clients and maintenance of relationships with existing clients
• Implementation of the sales plan, market research, and analysis of potential clients
• Preparation of commercial offers, creation of presentations, and product/service demonstrations
• Organization of advertising and marketing activities (promotional materials, events, maintaining visual identity)
• Conducting negotiations and concluding contracts with clients
• Regular cooperation with the team and management to ensure the highest level of customer service
• Participation in exhibitions and presentation of the company’s products
• Analysis of sales results and preparation of reports
