For our newly created luxury brand L’Odyssee, we are seeking an experienced and organised Project Manager, focused on the Food and Beverage sector. You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development, planning, implementation, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of a new and exciting project within this sphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine programme objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with our strategic business objectives.
  • Create comprehensive program plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation and risk management strategies.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project execution.
  • Foster a collaborative environment encouraging effective communication and cooperation among team members.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones and ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets.
  • Identify and address potential roadblocks, risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including internal and external partners, promoting communication and innovation.
  • Communicate program status, updates and outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure optimal project performance.
  • Monitor resource utilisation and adjust as necessary to meet goals.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Regularly assess program performance and make improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensure adherence to financial constraints.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for budget optimisation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices with project and program management.

Professional Requirements

  • 6+ years Senior operational experience in F&B.
  • Must have experience in the successful opening of restaurants, ideally Michelin star.
  • Proven experience in program management, including successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software/
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data into meaningful and actionable insight.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
