Main Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Core product engineering team
• Enable the team to deliver high-impact, critical services in the areas of storage architecture, observability, and scalability
• Collaborate and prioritise with Product Owners to create flows and systems that handle complex engineering workflows
• Align with other engineering teams to ensure synchronization and seamless development across the organization
• Foster an excellent engineering culture guided by our company values and engineering principles
• Hire and develop team leads as the organization grows
  
  
  
  
  

Core Requirements

• Senior developer background with exceptional technical skills in backend development
• Architecture-level expertise in storage systems, observability, and scalability
• Experience with Go language strongly preferred (other backend languages considered)
• Experience scaling systems and implementing robust security practices
• Strong technical leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams and other stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering sophisticated technical solutions
• Interest in continually learning about AI technologies and infrastructure
