R3 Robotics is developing the AI-powered dismantling platform that transforms end-of-life electric vehicle systems into strategic sources of critical materials. As global electrification accelerates, the surge in batteries and e-motors requires automated solutions that manual disassembly cannot provide. We are addressing this industrial bottleneck by enabling the automated dismantling of complex systems at scale through computer vision, artificial intelligence, and specialized robotic tooling.

Following a successful €20M Series A funding round led by HG Ventures and Suma Capital, we are expanding across Europe and preparing for our entry into the United States market in 2026. We partner with major industrial recyclers and automotive OEMs to deliver measurable impact. The Role

We are seeking a motivated IT Administrator Intern to support the management of our company-wide IT systems. In this role, you will assist in ensuring that users, resources, and devices are managed according to modern standards. You will gain hands-on experience maintaining local networks, providing end-user support, and implementing IT security protocols.

Required Skills: 

• A recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online sites, Azure Active Directory (AAD) for identity management, cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English
