Embedded Software Team Lead – Telecommunications, Communications Embedded Software, on-board Satellite Payload, C/C++/RUST

Exciting opportunity for an Embedded Software Development Team Lead / Head of Embedded Software Development to join our leading client in the space industry on an extremely exciting greenfield project, where our client is developing a new Satellite constellation from scratch. The Embedded Software Team Lead will be accountable for the Architecture, technical direction, development and integration of the on-board software for the high-performance satellite communications payload, as well as having the opportunity to build and grow your team from scratch to deliver this project.

To be successful in this role we are seeking highly experienced Embedded Software professional who has a strong Development/Engineering background, but also has previous Leadership / management experience (Technical Leadership or Management of a larger team). The ideal candidate will also have experience working for a Telecommunication equipment company / base station (eg Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson etc.) because they would understand high throughput / frequency communications.

From a technical perspective, we need candidates experienced with C/C++/RUST.

This role requires weekly on-site presence in Luxembourg.
