Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Project Manager PE-RE (Onboarding & Fund Implementation) to join our journey.

• Lead and coordinate Private Equity and Private Capital fund onboarding projects including new funds compartments mergers and other lifecycle events.
• Manage end to end implementation activities ensuring accurate and timely setup within the bank systems.
• Perform controls and sanity checks during fund setup and implementation phases.
• Ensure clear communication and global notices to operational users regarding onboarding projects and key milestones.
• Produce daily weekly and monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively participate in governance forums related to onboarding and implementation projects.
• Provide required information within the framework of internal and external audits ensuring quality and timely responses.
• Identify control gaps and propose improvements to processes and tools escalating issues where necessary.
• Train and mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives including the production of user guides.

How do we imagine our future Project Manager PE-RE (Onboarding & Fund Implementation) ?

• Proven experience leading Private Capital / PE-RE fund onboarding projects.
• Strong expertise in fund setup and client onboarding within a Private Capital environment.
• Solid knowledge of e-Front FIA and MFGA systems.
• Strong project management skills applied to fund implementation and client onboarding.
• Good understanding of Private Capital operating models and fund lifecycle events.
• Ability to work in a structured and controlled environment with strong attention to detail.
• Experience interacting with auditors and governance bodies.
• Fluency in French and English is required and German is considered an asset.
