Within Van Lanschot Kempen, the CRM domain is being further expanded with a new subteam. This team will be part of the Matrix team, consisting of technical and functional administrators, workflow and document developers. The aim is to independently develop and manage the CRM domain, with a focus on workflow integrations, AI enhancements, UI document management, and .NET document generation.

What will you do?
- Develop and manage cloud-native services that automate processes within and around the CRM.
- Build AI-driven workflows, such as document recognition, classification, and decision automation.
- Improve document management and develop document generation solutions in .NET.
- Contribute to a modern process architecture where CRM, workflow engines, microservices, and AI converge.
- Work closely with developers, administrators, and key users to continuously improve processes.
Your talents
You are analytical, solution-oriented, assertive and have a strong vision for how AI and automation can strengthen a CRM domain. Additionally, you bring:
- At least 3 years of experience as a developer with cloud-native C# .NET applications.
- Good knowledge of a modern front-end framework, such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, as well as strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in SQL (EF Core) and experience with NoSQL databases such as CosmosDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD through Azure DevOps and deploying to Azure Cloud.
- Experience with workflow development and an affinity for AI applications (LLM integrations, Azure AI Services, decision models).
- Experience within a CRM environment is an advantage—but not the main focus of your role.

- A gross monthly salary between € 4.500 and €5.700, depending on your knowledge and experience plus an additional flexible budget of 19.47% of your gross salary (containing a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance & 7 extra legal leave days).
- In most weeks, you’ll work from the office for two days, but this might occasionally change depending on team and department needs.
- Your commute to work is compensated, including green options of walking and biking to work!
- A free Van Lanschot Kempen bank account and other employee conditions, such as a discount on an Evi (investment) account.
- A market competitive pension scheme. The exact contribution is based on your salary and age, generally, most people can expect around 20% contribution, which 4% is employee contribution.
