🚀 We’re hiring a Scrum Master – Data & AI (IT Environment)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join a dynamic Data & AI Tribe, working on transversal analytics solutions used by international teams.

In this role, you will join a TAS Squad (Transversal Analytics Solutions), responsible for delivering generic IT applications that support AI and data science use cases (such as document recognition, voice-to-text transcription, model monitoring and data storage), developed mainly in Java and exposed via REST APIs and web interfaces.

🔎 Your role

As a Scrum Master, you will coordinate and support the Scrum Team, ensuring the correct implementation of Agile practices in line with an established Agile framework. You will work closely with the Product Owner, Chapter Leader and Tribe Core Team to foster collaboration, efficiency and continuous improvement.

🛠 Main responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies and rituals
• Manage squad sprints, ensuring collaboration and removing impediments
• Participate in tribe-level ceremonies (QAP, Scrum of Scrums, etc.)
• Support the Product Owner and Core Team
• Ensure effective communication within the team and stakeholders
• Support onboarding of new team members
• Promote a positive and constructive team environment
• Challenge the team, share ideas and adapt to functional and technical contexts
• Maintain and update relevant documentation

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master (5+ years)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and results-oriented approach
• Autonomous, rigorous and highly committed
• Curious, proactive and solution-driven
• Critical and constructive in solution analysis
• Fluent English
• Fluent French

⭐ Nice to have

• Professional Scrum Master certification
• Knowledge of standard security protocols (SAML2, OIDC, etc.)
