0ver99.com, operates one of the fastest-growing casinos in the world. We are seeking an experienced Head of Payments (Fiat) to lead and scale our global fiat payments infrastructure.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for all fiat payment operations, strategy, and partnerships across multiple markets. You will ensure seamless deposits and withdrawals, strong conversion rates, robust reconciliation, and effective process optimisation.

Experience working across regulated and grey-market jurisdictions is highly valued, with a strong understanding of regional payment challenges and optimisation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Payment Operations

• Oversee daily fiat payment operations, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and reconciliations.
• Ensure high performance, uptime, and reliability across all payment systems.
  
  

Strategy & Market Expansion

• Define and implement fiat payment strategies for market entry, scaling, and optimisation.
• Identify and integrate PSPs and payment methods suited for global and high-risk iGaming markets
  
  

PSP & Partner Management

• Manage relationships with PSPs, banks, acquirers, and financial partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs.
  
  

Performance & Reporting

• Monitor payment success rates, conversion metrics, and processing KPIs.
• Provide data-driven reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
  
  

Reconciliation & Financial Integrity

• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all fiat payment transactions.
• Work closely with finance and compliance teams to maintain financial controls.
  
  

Technology & Process Improvement

• Stay ahead of payment technology trends and drive integrations to improve user experience.
• Continuously optimise payment flows, checkout, and onboarding processes.
  
  

Team & Department Growth

• Build and scale the payments function in line with company growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the payments team and internal processes.
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of senior experience in payments within iGaming.
• Deep expertise in fiat payment systems, gateways, acquirers, and PSP ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of PIQ and high-risk iGaming payment environments.
• Proven experience working across regulated and grey markets.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced iGaming environments.
• Familiarity with gaming regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with PSPs and financial partners.
• Solid understanding of the iGaming competitive landscape.

• Experience scaling payments for high-volume iGaming platforms.
• Background in building payments teams or infrastructure from scratch.
• Exposure to alternative payment methods (APMs) in emerging iGaming markets.
