Mission Description:

Background:

We are seeking a talented consultant to join our team at IKEA, where we will develop an AI-based intent classification capability. This innovative project will be utilized for conversational search, chat, analytics, as well as routing and next-best action.


Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the development of a next-generation intent classification model based on customer data, particularly conversations and customer profiles.
  • Actively participate in development (primarily in Python), testing, validation, and the launch of this solution.


Profile Requirements:

  • Expertise in using LLMs (Large Language Models) and NLP (Natural Language Processing) for intent classification, entity extraction, and virtual agents/chatbots.
  • Experience with Google Cloud, specifically GCP and VertexAI.
  • Previous experience with IKEA, especially working with IKEA customer data, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work onsite in Malmö.
  • Team player with experience in agile environments.
  • Capable of explaining AI, LLMs, and NLP concepts to non-technical audiences.
