An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a global provider of integrated human resources solutions. We are looking for an HR Generalist/HR Specialist to join this organization.
Responsibilities
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of the employees
- Taking over recruiting at the location. Creation of a customized recruiting strategy for the Romanian site as well as taking over the complete recruiting
- Processing all personnel administration processes in the context of employee support from recruitment to departure
- Responsibility for all administrative HR activities, personnel file maintenance, SAP data management, data preparation for transfer to payroll accounting
- Plan as well as control personal costs and headcount planning (Budget/Reporting)
- Tracking HR KPI’s, fulfill QPR regularly
- Care for positive working environment/create the culture of Diehl Aviation in Romania
- Creation, implementation and control of personnel and wage policies at the site in accordance with company standards and/or guidelines
- Evaluation training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Support management and employee relations by addressing demands, complaints or other issues
- Preparation of information materials in the field of remuneration for negotiations with Unions
- Close cooperation with HR colleagues in Germany, Hungary and Romania. Also, with all relevant stakeholders on site
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Overall organization and management of the People Management
- Safety of subordinate employees
- Compliance with applicable health and safety regulations and rules by subordinate employees
- Initiating projects or plans to change the company's current compensation rules, working time systems, evaluation, training systems, etc., including documentation
- Damage resulting from non-performance or improper performance of the entrusted duties (financial liability)
- Setting up, designing and maintaining efficient HR processes
- Life-cycle-oriented People Management
- independent coordination of all joiner-mover-leaver processes
Requirements
- Master degree (preferred
- HR Management, Management, Legal Law, Psychology)
- 3-5 years professional experience
- Very good knowledge of the local and Romanian Labor market
- Very good knowledge of Labor Law
- Fluent English and Romanian, German might be helpful
- Hands-on working mentality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think analytically
- Ability to work under stress
- High team management skills
