Senior Backend/Fullstack .NET Developer

📍 Malmö | Hybrid (3-4 days onsite) | HealthTech SaaS

A growing HealthTech SaaS company in Malmö is expanding its engineering team as part of continued product growth. They are building modern, patient-safe digital solutions that support healthcare professionals and replace outdated legacy systems.

This is a backend-heavy senior role within a collaborative product company operating in a regulated environment where quality, security, and long-term maintainability are key.

The Role

• Develop and scale a complex SaaS healthcare platform
• Work with modern C# / .NET Core in Azure
• Contribute to architecture, scalability, and system design
• Work in a DevOps culture (CI/CD, automation, cloud environments)
• Collaborate closely with frontend and DevOps teams

What They’re Looking For

• Strong backend development experience with C# / .NET Core
• Experience in complex SaaS or enterprise systems
• Comfortable working in structured, process-driven environments
• Focus on code quality, usability, and long-term maintainability
• Collaborative mindset and experience in agile teams
• Fluent Swedish (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Frontend experience with Vue, React or similar
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.)
• Azure cloud experience
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Kubernetes knowledge
