The SMB Analytics Team is seeking a Data Analyst for our product to join us as exceptional problem solver with a passion for data insights and a relentless execution focus.

As a Product Data Analyst, you will spearhead our efforts to measure and enhance the company’s Unification Program. This role is central to our mission, offering you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment. You will lead the analytics projects for the initiatives that unifiy the company experience, directly impacting the company’s ability to offer seamless payment solutions to millions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Decision Making: Utilize large, complex datasets to drive improvements in the Product. Employ advanced analytical and statistical techniques to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Data pipeline and modeling: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data models to support product analytics and reporting needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards: Automate reporting systems that enable self-service analytics across the product and commercial organisations.
  • Presentation and recommendation: Create data stories with compelling visualization and give actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Designing and analysing AB-tests or other methods to measure the impact of product and commercial initiatives
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration, as well as healthy team dynamics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in analyzing multi-dimensional datasets and creating actionable business solutions.
  • Strong educational background with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Understanding of data modelling, ETL best practices, and building analytical systems that are reliable and scalable.
  • Expertise in SQL, Excel, familiarity with Python
  • Relevant experience on A/B Experimentation setup and measurement.
  • Demonstratble experience in visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or Qlikview.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively articulate insights and influence cross-functional teams.
