QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET Core and C#,
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture,
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka,
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs,
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes,
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies,
• Proven track record in technical leadership and team management,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP,
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture (EDA),
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles,
• Experience with message queue systems (RabbitMQ, NATS, etc.).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and maintain .NET Core/ASP.NET-based microservices,
• Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews,
• Design scalable and high-performance systems using MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka,
• Manage CI/CD processes and contribute to DevOps practices,
• Analyze technical requirements and design appropriate architectural solutions,
• Optimize performance and implement security improvements,
• Support team growth by fostering technical knowledge sharing.
