Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong interests and capabilities in creating great user experiences. The PM will be responsible for understanding customers, determining their needs, confirming these needs with UX designers/user research analysts, documenting business requirements and transforming these requirements to technical specifications.

Job Description

• Maintain product backlog and form the product roadmap. Ensure that the roadmap stories delivers business value, fulfill goals and objectives, and meet stakeholder needs
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop plans for product development and product engagement.
• Articulate user needs and business requirements into clear, complete and detailed specifications,
• Ensure that the design and development teams deliver the correct solution to the user,
• Execute user acceptance tests (Detailed tests are executed by QA team),
• Extract insights from data to suggest, create and implement A/B tests that drive improvements to the customers’ experience and increase conversion rates,
• Troubleshoot product issues and answer product questions - be the product "expert"

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (majors in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field strongly preferred),
• 3+ years of relevant experience in analyzing and documenting requirements
• Detailed thinking ability with focused, positive and result oriented attitude,
• Data oriented, ability to tell the product story with data and user insights and experience in data driven product development is preferred.
• Familiarity to agile development methodologies and mobile product development is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate across business and technical areas.
