Job Description & Summary

PwC Technology Consulting is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our Microsoft BizApps team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong process and platform expertise, able to lead requirement discovery, translate business needs into solution designs, configure Business Central, and guide clients through testing, training, and go-live. You will work closely with developers, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver end-to-end Business Central implementations and continuous improvement initiatives. This will involve:

• Lead workshops to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements and solution designs
• Design end-to-end processes in Dynamics 365 Business Central aligned with best practices and client objectives
• Configure Business Central (setup, parameters, workflows, approvals, posting groups, dimensions, etc.) across relevant modules
• Produce functional specifications and collaborate with developers on extensions/customizations when required
• Define test strategy; support UAT, defect triage, and solution validation
• Prepare and deliver user training, documentation, and change enablement materials
• Support data migration and cutover planning (mapping, validation, reconciliation)
• Provide post-go-live support, process optimization, and continuous improvement recommendations
• Engage with stakeholders at different levels and manage expectations across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

• Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV functional consulting (preferably 3+ years)
• Strong understanding of core business processes such as Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution (order-to-cash, pricing, invoicing)
• Exposure to manufacturing/service management/project operations is a plus
• Hands-on platform knowledge: Business Central configuration, master data, dimensions, posting setups, workflows/approvals
• Ability to create clear functional documentation (requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; proven workshop leadership and stakeholder management
• Comfortable working in project delivery environments
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
