About the Role

As the Product Manager for Hubbl, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, design, and engineering. You will be responsible for developing one of our product lines with a focus on product metrics such as adoption, engagement, and retention.

What You’ll Do:

• Roadmap Ownership: Develop, maintain, and communicate a transparent product roadmap that balances innovation and customer requests
• Requirements Excellence: Lead and facilitate the entire requirements gathering process. You will translate complex stakeholder needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the primary bridge between engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of features
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze product performance and user feedback to iterate on features and pivot strategy when necessary

Who You Are:

• 3+ years experience in relevant product and/or growth experience in a fast-paced environment in the SaaS technology industry
• Proven experience impacting product metrics and delivering features which customers love
• Proven experience setting up or using product analytics, driving product research and customers interviews
• Proven experience leading software development and design teams, preferably on Salesforce solutions
• Strong agile project management experience
• Strong technical background with an understanding of release management best practices
• Excellent communication skills to convey product vision and strategy to internal and external audiences
• Ability to see the "big picture" while maintaining a rigorous attention to detail
• Experience developing tech heavy products like API, AI, LLM based is preferred but not required

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 CAD
