Project Manager

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing construction and development projects independently through the project lifecycle, guiding them from initial planning stages through to completion and final handover.

This critical hire will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within approved budgets and timelines, and in line with established quality standards.

In addition to project execution, the Project Manager will support initiatives aimed at improving and digitalising project management processes and assist in reviewing MEP provisions to maintain market competitiveness and meet tenant requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction and development projects through the entire project lifecycle
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution
• Own project timelines, budgets, quality, and risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare project updates and reports for management.
• Manage tender processes and oversee consultant and contractor performance
• Support digitalisation and process improvement initiatives related to project management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building, or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of progressive and relevant project management experience.
• Strong track record to manage projects independently.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and MEP services.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
