Established in 2023, we provide a platform for deploying AI agents to automate and collaborate across multiple verticals, such as AI Personal Account Executives (PAEs) that empower sales, support, and engagement for online-first SMEs and enterprises.


We operate a dual-track business model: a scalable public SaaS platform serving SMEs across the MENA region, and high-impact, on-premise AI solutions for major enterprises and government entities, including key partners like Omantel and government ministries.


The Role

We are looking for a bilingual Technical Product & Delivery Manager to serve as the "central nervous system" of our operations. You will orchestrate the delivery of complex enterprise projects while ensuring strict alignment with our core SaaS product roadmap.


Your primary mission is harmonization: ensuring that the custom features we build for large enterprise clients (on-premise/private cloud) are compatible with, and eventually integrated into, our public SaaS platform. You will prevent our product from "forking" into separate versions while ensuring our enterprise clients receive white-glove delivery service.




Key Responsibilities


1. Enterprise Project Delivery & Client Engagement

  • Orchestrate Delivery: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise projects (including on-premise instances), ensuring milestones are met despite timeline shifts or variation orders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison for large enterprise departments. You will navigate complex organizational structures to facilitate API integrations, gather security requirements (e.g., SSO), and unblock dependencies.
  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct deep-dive business analysis sessions with clients to understand their needs.
  • Scope & Technical Proposals: Draft technical scopes for Variation Orders (VOs) when client requirements exceed the original agreement. You will define the "what" and "how" (not the pricing) to support commercial negotiations.


2. Product-Project Orchestration

  • Roadmap Guardian: Work closely with the CEO and Chief Architect to ensure enterprise deliverables align with the public SaaS roadmap.
  • Trade-off Analysis: Provide leadership with clear clarity on resource allocation. You will answer the critical question: "If we build this custom feature for Client X, what is the impact on our SaaS timeline?"
  • Feature Parity: Ensure that innovations developed for enterprise projects are fed back into the SaaS product, and vice-versa, maintaining a unified code base wherever possible.


3. Operational Excellence

  • Internal Coordination: Translate high-level milestones into actionable tasks for the product development team.
  • Tool Management: Maintain our "Single Source of Truth" by keeping project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Notion) impeccably updated.
  • Velocity: Proactively follow up with internal departments to ensure tasks are moving and deadlines are respected.


Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in Technical Project Management, Product Management, or Solutions Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Arabic (with the ability to navigate GCC government/business contexts) and professional fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Technical Aptitude: You do not need to be a developer, but you must be comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, on-premise deployments, and enterprise security standards with our engineering team.
  • Strategic Mindset: Experience balancing custom client demands against long-term product vision.
  • Organizational Skills: Mastery of project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Notion) and the ability to bring order to dynamic environments.
