Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security
- Strong background in managing and responding to security incidents, and implementing security frameworks and technologies
- Proficiency with security tools and technologies, such as endpoint security solutions, firewalls, VPNs, and Web&Mail Filtering systems
- Demonstrated experience managing outsourced security providers and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make critical decisions under pressure
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred
- Knowledge of cloud security principles (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with cloud-based security tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to security improvements and risk management
- Strong understanding of network security, vulnerability management, and encryption standards
- Excellent command of English

Job Description
- Leading day-to-day security operations, including monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Definining, developing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure effective controls and compliance.
- Ensuring robust access management and identity management practices are implemented and maintained across the organization.
- Managing outsourced security providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and security standards are upheld.
- Acting as the main point of contact with external vendors, reviewing and assessing third-party risks and security measures.
- Optimizing security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus solutions, mail filtering systems.
- Collaborating with IT teams to integrate security tools and maintain visibility across network, endpoint, and application layers.
- Developing a security roadmap, outlining investments in new tools, technologies, and services needed to enhance the organization’s security capabilities.
- Preparing and managing the security budget, ensuring investments align with business objectives and risk management strategies.
- Conducting periodic risk assessments and adjust strategies to mitigate emerging security threats.
- Collaborating with legal, compliance, and internal audit teams to establish a strong governance framework.
- Leading the development and delivery of security awareness programs to educate employees on best practices and security policies.
- Supporting departments in implementing security training that meets specific regulatory or operational needs.
