HR Coordinator role perm role based in Sydney CBD 90k plus super with flex working

Your new role

As the HR Coordinator, you will provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, onboarding, contract preparation, HR systems maintenance, and general employee support.
You'll work closely with leaders and staff to ensure processes run smoothly and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR administration across onboarding, contracts, letters and employee records
  • Support recruitment processes, including posting roles, screening and coordinating interviews
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with payroll updates and employee lifecycle changes
  • Prepare reports and support compliance requirements
  • Provide general support to the HR team and broader organisation

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in an HR Coordinator role
  • Background in NFP or government organisations is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Employment Hero)
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
