About the Role

As part of our Conversion Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll engage prospects through outbound calls, qualify interest, and set up meaningful conversations for our senior team.

You’ll play a direct role in driving business growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Building quick rapport and creating engaging conversations
• Explaining NAX Capital’s investment solutions clearly and confidently
• Qualifying client interest and suitability
• Booking follow-up appointments for senior team members
• Managing client records and updates in our CRM
• Working towards clear KPIs and performance targets
• Participating in training and ongoing development

About You

You’re someone who:

• Has demonstrated experience working with cryptocurrency or digital investment products
• Is confident, persuasive, and professional on the phone
• Thrives in target-driven and high pressure salesenvironments
• Has strong communication and listening skills
• Is resilient, motivated, and solutions-focused
• Can work independently and manage time effectively
• Has high attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• Understands the importance of compliance and accuracy
• Has experience in sales, call centre, or lead-generation roles
