We are seeking a Network and System Administrator for our rapidly growing startup company, which serves wide range of international clients.

The company is headquartered in Ankara, Turkey. Since 2019, they have been developing data-driven, multi-tenant, and highly modular SaaS products and related API solutions designed for government institutions (B2G).


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system and network design, implementation, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Switching & Routing, and Network Management products.
  • Familiarity with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.
  • Expertise in security infrastructure technologies, including installation and management of Antivirus, Firewalls, VPN, SSL VPN, NAC, IPS, 802.1x, and related systems.
  • Experience managing VMware virtualization platforms.
  • Eagerness to follow emerging technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage large-scale data backup and storage operations, regularly organizing restore tests.
  • Oversee virtualization architecture and perform scheduled maintenance.
  • Ensure continuous availability of databases (MSSQL and PostgreSQL).
  • Administer the Windows product family, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, GPO, and Terminal Server.
  • Identify system requirements based on infrastructure monitoring reports and obtain approvals for necessary upgrades.
  • Investigate, identify, resolve, and manage security risks.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor information security policies, standards, and procedures.
