About the Role

We’re seeking a Data Analyst/Business Analyst to join the Regulatory Department and ESG team of a highly collaborative and forward-thinking organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Danish colleagues and consultants to secure accurate ESG data reporting.
• Analyze user stories, identify data needs, and draft SQL solutions for implementation in the EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse).
• Monitor future regulatory requirements and transform them into actionable user stories, including data fields and SQL code.
• Engage with stakeholders, ensuring clarity of reporting requirements and delivery of innovative data solutions.
• Grow into a business development role, with increasing responsibility over the entire process, from requirements gathering to implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• SQL Expertise: 3+ years of experience with SQL and database management.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Financial Acumen: A basic understanding of banking or accounting.
• Self-Driven: Strong ability to work independently, follow up, and take initiative.
• Education: A relevant academic degree.
• Language: Fluent English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI, SAS, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of the ESG domain is a plus, but not mandatory.
