At Making Sense, we partner with companies to design, build, and scale impactful digital products. We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in client-facing environments and is passionate about driving innovation — including leveraging AI to create smarter products.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic product partner to Clients, aligning business goals with product vision.
- Lead discovery workshops and translate insights into clear roadmaps and actionable backlogs.
- Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release coordination.
- Define MVPs and high-impact initiatives based on business value and user needs.
- Establish and track KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities (automation, personalization, predictive insights, generative features).
- Act as an AI Advocate, promoting innovation both in the products you build and in your own product management practices.
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in digital/software environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience working with Agile teams.
- Data-driven mindset and strong business acumen.
- Interest or experience in AI-powered product development.
- Advanced English level.
- English lessons.
