EMCD is looking for a motivated and client-focused Sales Manager to help us expand our ecosystem across the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners interested in financial solutions. Develop personalized strategies to attract new clients.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze sales metrics, performance indicators, and market trends. Develop sales forecasts and implement process improvements.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with product, marketing, and finance teams to enhance the functionality and market positioning of B2B financial products.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Introduce new sales methods tailored to the specifics of the financial products and fintech industry in the LATAM region. Optimize client interaction processes to improve customer experience.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on target achievement, market trends, and key aspects of the departments performance.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling financial products or fintech solutions.
  • Experience with investment instruments, assets, or banking services is a strong advantage.
  • Existing network and warm client base of companies in the LATAM market.
  • Deep understanding of financial products, the LATAM market, and client behavior.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Ability to manage change and adapt to fast-moving market conditions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • High level of responsibility, organization, and results orientation.
