Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering once again with a renowned and long-established construction organisation to recruit a talented Graphic Designer to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a strong digital focus to play a key role in enhancing and evolving the company’s brand presence. The successful candidate will create engaging visual content across multiple platforms, helping to communicate key messages clearly and consistently across all touchpoints. From digital campaigns and social media assets to presentations and print collateral, you will contribute to building a distinctive and impactful brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative visual concepts and creative solutions for a broad range of marketing and corporate materials, including digital and print advertising, website assets, presentations, tender and pitch documents, infographics, press releases, email campaigns, reports, brochures, signage, banners, and branded merchandise.
- Create compelling, platform-specific content to support and grow social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and content teams to produce cohesive visual assets for campaigns, conferences, and events, ensuring full alignment with brand guidelines.
- Translate complex ideas and information into clear, engaging visual formats, including infographics, animations, and motion graphics.
- Support the development of multimedia content, including video editing, overlays, animations, and interactive digital assets.
- Partner with marketing and wider business teams to design visually impactful materials that support overall business objectives.
- Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all outputs and maintain compliance with brand guidelines throughout the organisation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar creative role, with a strong emphasis on digital content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and video editing tools such as After Effects.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video/motion projects.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to communicate messages effectively through design.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their specific creative and technical requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and respond constructively to feedback.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
