Project Coordinator - HR - Part Time Contract

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Coordinator to support key labour relations initiatives across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects that influence organisational culture, employee engagement, and HR governance, using advanced digital tools and analytics.

Contract: 6 months, 15 hours per week

Pay rate: €25 per hour

Location: Ireland (Remote)

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and support labour relations projects across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met
• Apply project management methodologies to structure, monitor, and report on initiatives
• Maintain and update SharePoint sites, dashboards, and reports in Power BI
• Use Microsoft Planner, Project, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint to track tasks, analyse data, and produce executive briefing packs
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, track follow-ups, and facilitate collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and employee representatives
• Monitor risks and issues, maintaining logs and escalating concerns as needed
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and support delivery of HR programmes

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in project coordination or support, ideally within HR or compliance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools: SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Planner, and Power BI
• Experience managing data and reporting to support decision-making
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Strong communication skills, confident engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with works councils or employee representative bodies is a plus
