We’re looking for a detail‑driven Project Manager who can turn chaos into clarity. You’ll play a key role in delivering cross‑functional projects that shape how we build and improve our products and operations. Working alongside teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, IT, Operations, and more, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly — on time, in scope, and ready for launch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage projects end‑to‑end — from idea to delivery and post‑launch review.
• Build and maintain project plans, status reports, and delivery timelines.
• Keep risks, issues, and dependencies under control with proactive planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure business readiness, compliance, and smooth go‑lives.
• Lead go‑to‑market (GTM) launches — making sure all teams, approvals, and communications are in sync.
• Support Agile delivery processes (especially SAFe), sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Update stakeholders regularly on progress and challenges.
• Make sure all delivery documentation — from rollout strategies to launch reviews — stays organized and current.
• Drive collaboration and clear communication across departments and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience as a Project Manager ideally within payments, fintech, or another regulated industry is a big bonus.
• Experience running multiple projects and tight timelines with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable with Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, etc.) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
• Project management certifications (Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are nice to have
