User Experience Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to improve digital customer journeys, increase conversion, and reduce attrition.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to define UX strategy and digital experience improvements
• Create service concepts, blueprints, and feature hypotheses
• Design and maintain scalable Design Systems
• Produce low- to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Identify usability issues and propose data-driven solutions
• Conduct and synthesise qualitative and quantitative research into actionable insights
• Facilitate workshops with design, tech, analytics, and business stakeholders
• Present ideas clearly through storytelling and executive-level presentations

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in UX Design
• Expert-level UI Design skills
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Advanced Figma proficiency (essential)
• Experience building Design Systems
• Strong usability and customer experience knowledge
