Group Product Manager

Description

We are an International distribution company, offering a full scope of Services, Building and Developing strong and promising FMCG brands. We have 3 distribution markets: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

EUGESTA is looking for a Product group Manager to develop wine&spirits category in Lithuania market.

This could be your next opportunity:

• You will develop the assigned category of brands and form its strategy;
• You will analyze market, form an assortment and pricing;
• You will adapt the marketing strategy of individual brands and implement marketing plans;
• You will achieve category goals in close cooperation with brand manufacturers and the sales team;
• You will implement sales plans.

We believe you have:

• Higher Education in Economics, Business Management, Business Administration or any other related field;
• a minimum 2 years of working experience in product management (best in FMCG sector).
• interest in the wine and spirits category and/or the desire to deepen competence and improve knowledge in this area;
• strategic and analytical thinking;
• good organization skills;
• very good knowledge of English (written, spoken);
• good computer skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint);
• B category driver's license (must).
• Fluent Lithuanian (must).
