We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner – a hands-on specialist to own the Server-Side Ad Insertion (SSAI) domain and take full technical ownership of the Go3 TV platform. This role combines deep technical understanding, cross-functional leadership, vendor governance, and active involvement from decision-making through implementation.

What you will do:

• Own SSAI domain end-to-end: integrations, performance, stability, roadmap alignment. Drive and maintain SSAI integrations (HLS/DASH, manifest manipulation, SCTE markers, ad tracking, beaconing, measurement validation)
• Take full technical ownership of the TV platform, including architecture alignment, performance KPIs, and production stability. Track and improve platform KPIs together with technology providers (playback errors, startup time, tracking discrepancies, etc.)
• Act as a consultant and solution partner to Product and Commercial teams - shape decisions, not just validate them
• Participate in solution design and stay involved through implementation and rollout
• Work closely with external development teams on technical planning, prioritization, and delivery
• Translate business needs into structured technical requirements and change requests
• Review partner deliveries and ensure technical completeness and robustness
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, driving sustainable long-term improvements

What we expect:

• Proven experience as Technical Product Owner/Technical Project Manager/Platform Owner, working closely with development teams through delivery
• Experience managing multiple external vendors and holding them accountable for outcomes
• Data-driven mindset with clear KPI ownership and ability to validate decisions with metrics
• Strong problem-solving mindset with solution-oriented thinking and comfort operating in ambiguity
• High ownership mentality - proactive, accountable, and comfortable challenging assumptions
• Excellent communication skills, customer-focused approach, and ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong technical analytical skills: ability to analyze logs, APIs, manifests, playback errors, and tracking discrepancies; experience with analytics platforms (e.g., NPAW or similar) is a plus
