Senior Test Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with Automation to join our team on a critical, high-impact project.

Mission

  • Lead quality assurance efforts across complex and business-critical initiatives
  • Review requirements and user stories to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust test strategies and test plans
  • Develop and enhance automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, and TestNG
  • Design and execute API tests (SOAP, REST) to validate integrations and backend functionality
  • Ensure full test coverage and traceability using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray, and Testrail
  • Conduct thorough manual, exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing
  • Plan and execute performance testing activities (load and stress testing)
  • Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, test organization, and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Act as a quality advocate, promoting best practices and structured testing methodologies
  • 100% on-site assignment

Profile

  • 5+ years of proven QA experience across diverse projects and industries
  • 2+ years of hands-on test automation experience
  • Solid experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong experience with test management and tracking tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray, Testrail
  • Advanced automation experience using Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG
  • Proficiency in API testing (SOAP & REST)
  • Experience in performance testing (load and stress testing)
  • Ability to design clear, structured, and comprehensive test cases with full traceability
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, best practices, and testing life cycles
  • Strong organizational and process-driven mindset
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
  • ISTQB certification is a strong asset
  • Quality-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive

Recruitment Process

  • Technical tests
  • Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement
  • 2nd interview with our Business Manager
  • Proposal of your application to the client
  • Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
