Remote Enablement Creative Specialist

This role is crucial in conveying information visually through creative designs that captivate and inform various teams. Accountabilities

• Create visually appealing layouts for Seismic content pages that align with brand guidelines.
• Transform job aids and technical content into engaging infographics and interactive visuals.
• Design impactful slides for presentations, meetings, and enablement sessions, ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Develop and maintain web pages and digital assets for enablement programs.
• Ensure responsive design and optimal user experience across platforms.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand communication goals and translate them into impactful designs.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure all designs meet accessibility and usability requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in graphic and web design, preferably in a B2B or enablement environment.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) and web platforms (WordPress).
• Experience with Seismic or similar content management systems.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and ability to simplify complex information.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
