🧠What You’ll Do

BTO is looking for an IT Project Manager - Digital Marketing & Technology with a strong digital background and cross-functional expertise spanning technology, marketing, and IT infrastructure.

The selected candidate will join a structured international project, with responsibility for coordinating high-impact Digital Marketing initiatives, acting as a key liaison between the business, internal IT teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities include:

• End-to-end management of IT projects within the Digital Marketing domain (websites, digital campaigns, AI initiatives, etc.).
• Translation of business needs into technical requirements, including risk analysis, cost estimation, and stakeholder management.
• Coordination of internal IT teams and interface with external vendors (System Integrators, digital agencies).
• Support to digital agencies during delivery, ensuring smooth integration into corporate architectures and platforms.
• Involvement of cross-functional technical teams (cybersecurity, procurement, infrastructure) based on project requirements.
• Technology consulting activities for non-technical and international stakeholders, promoting the adoption of processes, solutions, and the target architecture.
• Operational point of contact for access to the end client’s technology and infrastructure ecosystem.

🛠️ Technical Skills

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in structured and international environments.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder digital projects.

Knowledge of:

• CMS platforms (preferably Drupal or equivalent)
• Cloud environments (AWS or similar)
• Digital/Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
• Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning processes and technical feasibility assessments
• Risk management practices applied to projects

Cross-functional skills:

• Consulting mindset and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders (IT, business, marketing, vendors)
• Ability to simplify organizational and technical complexity, facilitating project delivery
• Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and results-oriented approach

Nice to Have:

• Experience or knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and tools
• Familiarity with AI-based projects
• Knowledge of the French language
