Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer for a client in the financial sector in Amsterdam, to support the development and maintenance of internal operational systems. You will work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, contributing to new features, improving existing functionality, and delivering high‑quality technical solutions.

Your Job

• Develop new features and maintain existing components across the stack.
• Deliver agreed user stories successfully within the team.
• Build stable, performant, and well‑tested backend services.
• Improve UI and contribute new frontend components that enhance usability.
• Understand, improve, or set up infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines.
• Explore new technologies and help keep the platform future‑proof.

Your Profile

You enjoy working across the stack, thrive in an agile environment, communicate clearly, and have a strong eye for usability and clean code.

Must‑Haves

• Strong professional experience with React.
• Experience with Typescript.
• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS (CloudFormation, ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS or CDK).
• Strong communication skills and active contribution in team settings.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, feedback‑driven environment.

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Experience with Golang or another backend language.
• Experience with Java/Spring, Node.js, or broader backend ecosystems.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Strong visual/UX sensibility.

What You Can Expect

• Salary up to €6.500/month based on 36 hours, depending on experience
• Hybrid working model: 2 days onsite per week, the rest remote
• A key role in securing digital identity at scale in the financial sector
