Job Description
As part of our engineering work, we build digital twins of cranes and terminals, which we run using the same sensors as in real life.
You will build a terminal with cranes in a 3D environment and use it to create a video or gaming environment to introduce new engineers to all the systems on the crane and the terminal’s operational process.

Job Description
As part of our engineering work, we build digital twins of cranes and terminals, which we run using the same sensors as in real life.
You will build a terminal with cranes in a 3D environment and use it to create a video or gaming environment to introduce new engineers to all the systems on the crane and the terminal’s operational process.
- Setting up a terminal with cranes using our virtualization library.
- Creating a storyboard for a possible video or game experience.
- Making the terminal and cranes dynamic.
Who are you?
We are looking for a student who:
- is studying toward an Bachelor/Master degree, preferably technical computer science or another technical field;
- is interested or has experience with .NET and/or Unity development.
- has good command of English, both spoken and written;
- is available for approximately 3 months;
- has a proactive, independent work attitude;
- is a team player, entrepreneurial, eager to learn, with an out of the box mindset.
- a 3 month internship, 4 or 5 days per week (in consultation);
- an internship position in The Hague in an informal, professional working environment;
- a compensation of €700 per month (regular internship) or €750 per month (graduation internship);
- 1 day of leave per month;
- being part of a strong international brand with a broad network;
- an introduction program for interns and access to YoungSiemens;
- professional guidance throughout the entire internship period.
